- All the gemstones are shipped through Fed-Ex Courier Service.
- We ship all the items within maximum 7 days from the full payment and typically within 2 days.
- A tracking number will be given to you to track the shipment.
- The shipment will be delivered through Fed-Ex as quickly as possible to the address you had provided.

TD GLOBAL EXCELLENCE RETURN POLICY
- Exchanges, Please make sure you are purchasing the exactly you wanted item since we do not accept exchanges.
- Just before the shipment (If the item is not sending with a certificate) we will measure the weight again from two scales and send you pictures while measuring.
- Since the gravity on earth is different from place to place, weight might slightly different from place to place. So, if any change of the weight, you may contact us immediately after receiving so we may assist you that is a possible different or not.
- If the item is sending with a certificate, we may consider that weight at the certificate is final weight. Slight change of weight is not a reasonable point of return however in case if a big weight change had happened, you may contact us and we will assist you for that.
- The refund process happens only through the bank transfer and not through the Internet Payment Gateway.
- Shipping, Tax and Insurance fees are not refundable.
- Customer’s later change of mind, after purchase are not acceptable reasons for a return.
- All TaylorMade jewelries are nonrefundable and all our jewelries are tailormade.
- After receiving your product back to our Head office, we send it to Sri Lanka Gem and Jewelry Authority’s Authorized, Certified Labs and collect the report of the product and ensure this is the same item as we sent. After we certified the item that we had received back is the same item we sent to you only, you are eligible for the refund.

We are not responsible for the cost associated with the shipping the item back to us nor are we liable for anything that happens to the item before it reaches us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Please send us an email asking for Return Instructions. The shipping, IPG convenience fee from bank & insurance fees are not refundable. All returned merchandise must be sent by Fed-Ex Courier service. Appropriate return packaging and Fed-Ex fees are the responsibility of the customer returning the merchandise. After 7 days of the customer had received the item through Fed-Ex , all sales are final. (Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received the items).
- All Items must be returned to us only through Fed-Ex and we must ensure the items using the Fed-Ex tracking number.
TD Global Excellence Private Limited Refund Process
- We will notify you once we’ve received the item and also after inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded Only through bank transfer. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
TD Global Excellence Cancellation policy
- We are pleased to offer a cancellation of your purchase within 12 hours after the payment of your Order(s).
- Customer need to inform about the cancellation of the order to the customer care of TD Global Excellence via mail to the firstname.lastname@example.org and may cc to the your project handled people of our company, with details of the order number and Payment proof and also you may contact us through the contact numbers provided.
- TD Global Excellence will go through the details and after validating the required data we will proceed with your order cancellation. Any Internet Payment Gateway Fees or bank charges and any taxes will be deducted and the refund will be done only through the bank Transfer and not through the Internet Payment gateway. And you will need to wait until our bank account is debited your payment and also few working days to process the refund.
